99% of the time our shipping is free of taxes, fees and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes. While this is something that happens on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we have no control on these charges.
Yes, all orders receive a Track & Trace code to use on our order tracking page. For most customers, it goes live after about 3 days. After confirming your order we will automatically send a code provided by our supplier. Sometimes it can take 3 to 7 days. Please don't bother reaching out to us before 7 days has passed, we ship hundreds of orders every day, we promise you will get your code.
We will send you a tracking email when your item(s) have been shipped out. In this email you can find a link with information about your package.
Sometimes this email will end up in your spam folder. Check there, too.
If you did not receive any emails or texts from us at all, you might have written your contact info incorrectly. You can always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date you purchased to double-check.
It takes around 3-7 business days for any information to be available when checking your Track & Trace code. This is the reason an error might show at first. Please don't worry, just check the code later in the week.
In some occasions packages are delivered to local post offices. This is something we do not control and therefore cannot prevent this issue.
